Do I need to peel the garlic first?
Yes. Peel the clove, drop it into the cup, then press and twist.
What else can I grate with it?
Fresh ginger, small shallots and whole nutmeg all work well. Cut larger pieces down to clove size first.
How do I clean it?
Rinse it under running water straight after use. A small brush clears any bits from the teeth. Dry it before putting it away.
How big is it?
About 14 x 4 cm, small enough for any utensil drawer. It also has a loop for hanging.
